We’re gearing up for CBUSA’s annual Power 30 Conference. This is one of our favorite times of year as we have the opportunity to gain input from the top tier of our extended network of custom/independent builders.
This event brings together the best and most influential minds in our industry for several days of best practice sharing and in-depth discussion of future CBUSA strategies and initiatives. We also use this forum to expose high-profile prospects to the power of the CBUSA network. All participants in the Power 30 Conference leave with solid information that will help their businesses to excel and a up-front look at CBUSA’s strategic direction for the year ahead. We think that’s something to cheer about!
The 2017 conference venue is the one-of-a-kind Omni Nashville Hotel in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee, and will be held from February 13nd to the 15th. Power 30 participants will reap the benefits of brushing shoulders with other influential custom/independent builders, and a better understanding of the myriad of benefits available to those within the CBUSA network.
The consolidated market influence of the Power 30 group is represented in the projected 1,400 home starts this upcoming year and $655 million in revenue that they’re estimated to generate. These 48 building companies represent 24 different nationwide markets and will be joined by 11 manufacturing partners. As the CBUSA network grows, so too does the combined volume of the Power 30 and their important role in taking our program to new levels.
We look forward to another successful Power 30 Conference and our time with our peers. When the best-of-the-best are brought together, good things happen! This year, the conference will host presentations about new national contracts directly from these manufactures. Additionally, participants will engage on a variety of topics to include Housing Industry Outlook, Marketing Strategy, The New CBUSA Takeoff Service, Design Center Strategy, and others.
