Since CBUSA’s founding in 2004, we have been dedicated to helping our Members increase their buying power, improve their businesses and strengthen their competitiveness in the market.
While we have been very successful in delivering on this commitment, we know there are many more opportunities ahead working to stay on the leading edge of technology and operational efficiency. The pace of change in our industry is continuing to accelerate, and for us to remain as the vanguards of the independent builder sector, we must push forward with the development of new products and services for all those that we serve.
By joining forces with CoConstruct, our ability to move even more quickly on the opportunities we see ahead will be enhanced, and the combined power of two high-energy companies will supercharge our move into the future.
What does this mean for CBUSA Members?
From an operational standpoint, this transition will have very little impact on our day-to-day operations for CBUSA Members. We will continue to do what we do best – leverage our network to continually improve our buying power.
The future is exciting, and our expertise in purchasing combined with CoConstruct’s superior technology platform, we will be able to bring more value to our network and unrivaled opportunities for operational improvement.
CBUSA Members are welcome to join the CoConstruct platform, but it is not a requirement. Over the next several months both companies will seek opportunities to leverage existing bases to strengthen the overall network.
