The book has been closed on another successful and fruitful three-day National Association of Home Builders IBS Show in Las Vegas. From January 19-21, our CBUSA team met with an array of the most influential and prolific builders in the country, attended education sessions, and witnessed the much-anticipated 2016 Best of IBS Awards.
Close to 300 entries in nine categories were received, and Chad Magleby of Magleby Construction walked away with the Custom Builder of the Year award. The award was sponsored by Sherwin-Williams and presented by the Custom Builders Committee.
“It was a true highlight of the trip watching him receive the award at a luncheon on the first day of the show, and we wish him emphatic congratulations on both a personal and professional level. Not to mention, it was remarkable to witness NAHB history. “This year’s award marks the first time in NAHB’s history that this high honor has been bestowed upon two successive generations within the same company,” Explains Bill Smithers CBUSA CEO. “We are very proud to have Chad as a Charter Member of our CBUSA-Utah group and salute his ongoing efforts to take his company to new heights.”
Magleby Construction is responsible for some of the most breathtaking, innovative design and construction in the area.
