Tony Marnella, of Marnella Homes, is a lifelong resident of the Northwest. Has over 26 years of building experience and is licensed in Arizona, Oregon and Washington. His experience ranges from land development, construction of condominiums and townhomes to ADU’s and large custom homes. He began implementation of high-performance building practices in 2004 and hasn’t looked back. Now building 100% of his projects certified through NGBS. He has been awarded for the performance of his homes and his continued achievements in high performance building by Northwest Energystar, The HBA of Portland Metro’s Excellence award, Earth Advantage and their Hall of Fame award, the BIA of Clark County’s Builder of the Year, NGBS Partner of Excellence and recently a NAHB BALA award.

Ryan is an expert in supply chain management, homebuilding and leveraging purchasing power. He speaks nationwide on improving builder profitability by streamlining purchasing processes and implementing effective systems.
