Steven Sanders-Myers
Purchasing Manager, Brightwater Homes
Meet the speakers
With over 20 years in the construction industry, Steven Sanders-Myers has seen firsthand how project management impacts efficiency, quality, and sustainability. While his passion has always been in building, the last decade has shifted his focus to sustainable construction, renewable energy, and responsible building practices that consider future generations.
Under Steven’s leadership, Brightwater Homes has made a bold shift in energy efficiency. Just two years ago, they built their first two net-zero energy homes. By the start of 2025, they will have transitioned to 100% net-zero energy or zero-energy-ready homes—more than 35 homes a year.
