2022 has been a banner year for CBUSA.

The past twelve months have been full of growth and excitement for the future — and we have our builder members and brand partners to thank for making these accomplishments possible.

Our ever-growing network has welcomed three new brand partners, two new national vendor partners, 175 new builder members and our CBUSA team grew 73%. All of this contributed to CBUSA delivering epic savings in rebates and material prices. Check out our exciting 2022 year in review!

We welcomed new brand partners

We’re excited to re-introduce our new brand partners: JennAir, Andersen Windows & Doors, Cambria and L&W Supply. All brands are highly respected for consistency and quality in their products.

JennAir is known for high-end, style-forward kitchen appliances — refrigerators, ranges, wall ovens, cooktops, range tops and dishwashers. Their current collab with Interior Designer and tastemaker Kelly Wearstler takes new and exciting risks in luxury design. What about a refrigerator with burgundy snakeskin interior? Besides the tried-and-true appliances, there are many fun statement pieces for your clients to choose from.

Andersen Windows & Doors

What started as a lumber company has now become an international manufacturer of high-quality windows and doors. This 120-year-old brand has a committed following when it comes to supplying and installing windows and doors. Andersen delivers a quality product and top-notch customer service. Their window and door solutions prove to be a smart investment in your projects.

Quality and beauty define this family-owned business. Cambria is an American countertop company that manufactures quartz surfaces to transform your home. Their countertops inspire homeowners to go bold and bring their visions to life. Check out their craftsmanship in the Cambria Style blog and magazine — and share it with your clients, too.

L&W Supply

Get the products you need — like drywall, wallboard, steel framing and insulation—delivered with L&W Supply. L&W has a commitment to their customers to deliver quality products on-time. A partnership with L&W means having material on-hand to help you meet and beat your deadlines. With 200 branches nationwide, they’re able to deliver on these promises.

Beacon is a leading supplier of commercial and residential materials for roofing, siding, windows, decking, insulation, specialty lumber, waterproofing and air barrier systems. They’ve been helping contractors save time and build more for nearly 100 years. With developing technology and a growing network of locations throughout the U.S. and Canada, they allow builders to manage work more efficiently and enhance their businesses.

Our CBUSA family grew

Our team has grown a whopping 73%. We went from 22 employees in 2021 to 38 in 2022. The team grew to assist our 690 total builder members — 170 of those builder members joined this past year.

The CBUSA network is supported by 1,378 preferred local vendors who have proven themselves to be superior in their product category. These preferred vendors have direct access to the community of construction professionals in their market who commit to paying on time.

We delivered the savings

In 2022, we’ve distributed $9.5 million in rebate dollars and have saved our builder members on average $6,000 per house.

Many of our members capitalize on rebate dollars. If you still have questions or doubts on how to earn rebates, check out our blog, How to take advantage of home builder rebates — it’s just another way to save.
